In order to qualify for the $8,000 tax credit, you need to close on your new home by November 30, 2009. Lenders need 45-60 days to close a loan, which means you need to be under contract on a home by September 15, 2009 in order to give yourself enough time. Lenders and title companies are going to be swamped with November closings which is why it's important to secure your closing date by Sept. 15.
In order to be under contract by Sept. 15th, you need to start looking for a home NOW! And that's where we come in; there is no cost to you to hire a Realtor to work for you. Sellers have already agreed to pay a commission to the agent who brings them a buyer when they sign the listing agreement with their own Realtor.
Did you also know that 100% financing is still available? There are certain qualifications that need to be met and you may be restricted to certain areas in the suburbs, but if you are wanting to buy a home this year, we can tell you how to get 100% financing.
Please take a moment to fill out the form below and include your phone number. We will get in contact with you to set up an appointment to meet and discuss your options. It's completely free and there is no obligation to work with us or to purchase a home!
